What is a Bibliophile exactly?

A bibliophile is essentially a book-lover, bookworm, whatever you want to call it.

In this case, I'm using it loosely as a term to describe myself based on the fact that there always seems to be a book within arms-length and that I am, according to my friends, a little awkward on the social aspect of life.
